ED 7379 Independent Study Agreement

A student can choose to take an ED 7379 independent study course with a faculty member as an elective to count towards the PhD in School Improvement degree plan. A student who wants to do this must reach out and request to work with a specific faculty member. Once a faculty member agrees, the student must fill out the “ED 7379 Independent Study Agreement” form, in consultation with the faculty member, who must sign the form. The student must then submit the completed form to the SI Program’s Administrative Assistant (Jacqui Todd) and cc the PhD Coordinator, at least 3 days prior to the last day of registration.
